Please clean the print head several times. If it’s not ok，please turn off the printer for 1~2hours and try it again after that.
please make sure that the cartidge has ink in it. This is particularly the case with Tri colour cartidges as one colour may be used up before the others. The printe will not always acount for this and display the cartridge as a whole as partialy full
Please use that appropriate printer driver to print your documents
The printer is set to be economical mode (Set another mode for better performance)
Color distortion depends on Computer color management，screen resolution, printer resolution, as well as print media. (Please try to adjust the DPI)
Print quality issues can be caused by poor quality ink cartridges and/or an aging printhead. These should be replaced in that order
