Before cleaning please run the nozzle check test to show exactly which nozzles are failing.
Step 1: Please clean the print head no more than 6 times in a row
Step 2: If it doesn’t work after the cleaning, please turn the printer off for a short while. When powering back up run the nozzle check test again for differences and if necessary run the print head cleaning cycle again
Step 3: If it’s still not good after the step 1 and step 2，print out a full colour bleed image and run the print head cleang cycle again followed by the nozzle check test
Step 4: If still not resolved then the cartridge may need to be replaced if this does not resolve the issue then your printer will need to be serviced by a qualified technician
